These are the ground rules for using MovieBorexiaTV: what we provide, what we expect from you, and how we handle changes.
By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the service only with a parent or guardian's permission.
1. The service
MovieBorexiaTV is a personal entertainment service that may offer catalog browsing, playback, watchlists, recommendations, account tools, and paid features. Availability can vary by country, device, network, and content rights. We may add, remove, or change features as the product develops.
2. Your account
Keep account details accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity through your account and should tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. One person may not create accounts or use access controls to evade a suspension.
3. Content and permissions
Content is licensed, not sold. Subject to this agreement and any plan limits, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable permission to stream content for private viewing. You may not copy, record, extract, publicly show, sell, rent, or redistribute content or app materials.
4. Fair use
You agree not to reverse engineer the app, scrape the catalog, overload our systems, bypass geographic or device limits, interfere with playback, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful, abusive, or commercial activity without written permission.
5. Your submissions
If you send feedback, support material, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free permission to use that material to operate, troubleshoot, and improve the service. We do not claim ownership of your original personal content.
6. Third-party services
The app may depend on Apple, content licensors, analytics, hosting, or other third parties. Their services can have separate terms and outages. Apple's terms govern App Store distribution and payments; this agreement governs your use of MovieBorexiaTV.
7. Suspension and ending use
We may limit or suspend access when necessary to protect people, the service, or a rights holder, or when you materially breach these terms. You may stop using the app at any time. Ending use does not erase obligations that should logically continue, such as content restrictions or payment responsibilities.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided as available. We aim for reliable playback, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, a particular title, or error-free operation. Nothing here removes consumer protections or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, MovieBorexiaTV is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant service in the twelve months before the event, subject to mandatory law.
10. Updates and contact
We may update this agreement when the service, App Store rules, or law changes. We will publish the new effective date and provide reasonable notice of material updates. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised agreement.
