2. Information created while you watch
The app may record titles you search for, playback position, favourites, viewing settings, and interaction timestamps. These details help us resume playback, keep your library in sync, and understand which parts of the app need improvement.
3. Device and purchase signals
We receive limited technical data such as device model, operating-system version, app version, language, time zone, network type, crash reports, and diagnostic identifiers. When you buy through Apple, we receive a transaction identifier and entitlement status. We do not receive your full card number or Apple ID password.
4. Why we use information
- To provide sign-in, playback, watchlists, recommendations, and customer support.
- To validate purchases, restore entitlements, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure.
- To diagnose crashes, measure reliability, and improve features.
- To send essential service notices, such as account or policy changes.

5. Sharing

6. Retention and deletion
We keep information while your account or a support need remains active, then delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed, unless a longer period is required for security, accounting, or law. Ask us to delete your account and associated data by email. Some transaction records may need to remain with Apple or under a legal retention rule.
7. Your choices
You can update profile details in the app, stop optional notifications in device settings, and request access, correction, deletion, or an explanation of our processing. We may need to verify the request to protect your account.
8. Children
MovieBorexiaTV is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to data processing in their region. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
9. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as the service or law changes. The effective date above will change with a new version. Material changes will be highlighted in the app or by another reasonable notice.
